The following terms and conditions figure out the rules and regulations for the use of MAJA’s Website, located at https://jlpt-maja.org.mm . By accessing this website, you must accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. The following terms apply to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person who logs on this website and is compliant with the Association’s terms and conditions. “The Association”, “Ourselves”, and “We”, refer to our Association.

1. Scope, Usage, and Supply of information collected

We may ask for personal information such as the applicant’s name, examination level, gender, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, etc. Collected information will be used to issue the Test Voucher for the examination and to contact the applicants. In addition, we will share your information with the Japan Foundation, the co-sponsor of this examination, in order to achieve the above purposes. We will not use the collected information for any other purposes other than we mentioned above, or provide such information to third parties, except in the following three cases:

• If there is a legal obligation to provide such information

• When the consent of the owner of the information is obtained

• When it is necessary to disclose to an external service provider contracted with MAJA in order to provide information processing services. In such cases, the information will only be disclosed to the extent necessary to carry out the work.

2. Payment

You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your payment including your name, phone number, and billing address if you wish to pay for your application.

3. Disclaimer

Please note that the Association will not be held responsible if the information entered by the user is incorrect. In addition, please note that the Association will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the user due to an unjust act such as a hacker.

Please be aware of the following instructions before registering for the JLPT Online Application form.

This JLPT Online Form registration can be reused to submit the online form, so it is necessary to fill it out carefully.

Registration information must be filled in by users themselves. If any mistake occurs, it is the responsibility of the user concerned. (e.g., Someone fills out the form instead of the original user.)

The registration Applicant must be

   ▪  If you are 10 years of age or older and have a valid national identity card.
   ▪  If you are under 10 years old, you must have a birth certificate.
   ▪  If you are a monk or nun, you must have a religious registration card.
   ▪  The applicant must have their own email account

Please fill in your information completely and accurately, especially your name, date of birth, and ID card information when registering for the JLPT Online Form.

When writing the full name

Please remove the “MG” and “MA” in front of the name.

If ethnic names are included in the national identity card, they must be filled in without removing them. (E.g.: Saw, Min, Naw, Nan, Mi, etc.)

Date of Birth

When entering the date of birth, it must match the one on the identity card.

Applicant’s license photograph

(Beauty photos, photos that don't show the face, blurry, sideways, photos that are too small, photos edited with AI technology, and re-recorded with a phone are not accepted)

Identification card

You can use only one identity card number for registration.
Valid passport, valid driver's license (only license types B, C, D, and E accepted), and national identity card will be accepted. Please enter the identification card number correctly.

Identification Card Color Photo (JPEG or PNG)

Identification Card Photo must not be blurry, rotated, or include background material, and the photo must be large enough when attached to the form. Phone replay and screen record are not accepted.

   ▪  If you are 10 years old or older, you must have a clear photo of the front and back of your national identity card, a passport photo, or a photo of the front and back of your driver's license.
   ▪  If under 10 years of age, a photo of the birth certificate must be provided.
   ▪  If a monk or nun, a photo of the religious identification card must be provided.
